Eating clean went alright for me this week… but a few slip ups this weekend for a birthday party and mothers day. My stomach’s definitely shrunk a bit from starting it though because after eating a piece of cake I feel disgustingly full…. nevertheless, I’ll start fresh tomorrow :)

my eating has been the furthest thing from clean - but I have been exercising like craaaazy.
I know that exercising is less than half of the battle, but hey, at least I’m doing something!
I am proud of myself no matter what. :)
the amount of times I mess up. and say that things will change… they never do.
it’s been over a year that I have been trying to lose weight and I still fluctuate from 135-145.
I don’t know what, but something needs to hit me or motivate me because I keep finding excuses for myself to eat, and I can convince myself that it’s okay because I’m not technically overweight and I workout.
It’s been a constant cycle of binge/purge one month, cutting the next, and then the next will be fine and I’ll be eating super healthy.
UGH. I don’t know what, but something needs to change.
I don’t think I’ve ever liked someone so much, and now he’s gone. I won’t see him for about 5 months, and I can tell he doesn’t want to keep in touch. I need to move on. helpp :(
breakfast:
mango smoothie (“odawala” brand)
lunch:
whole wheat wrap with hummus, olives, lettuce
white chocolate chip macadamia (sp?) nut cookie
dinner:
chicken and tofu stirfry on rice
snacks:
banana
small bowl of granola
comments: regretting that cookie… but other than that!
I’ve decided that I’m going to start posting again what I eat each day.. even if it isn’t that great (like today)!

whole wheat toast with peanut butter
canned peaches
lunch:
whole wheat bun with turkey, marble cheese, lettuce and olives
dinner:
grilled cheese on whole wheat bread
comments: too many carbs today! not enough veggies!
